1. Acceptable Use
All material presented on CFG.com (the "Content") is the exclusive property of the Company or its Content suppliers or customers and is protected under both Canadian and foreign copyright and trademark laws. Content includes text, graphic elements, images, logos, button icons, audio files, video files, HTML code, XML code, and software.
You may view and download the Content solely for your personal, noncommercial use. Fees apply to the posting of some types of Content, and you agree to expedite prompt payment, of said fees. - advertisements of goods and services deemed to be of specific interest to prospective purchasers in the Canadian nonprofit and government sectors.
- requests for, and offers of, surplus equipment and supplies, pro bono services, and other free goods and services having utility for nonprofit organizations.
4. Specific Prohibited Uses
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you are specifically prohibited from posting Content to the web site:
- if the subject organization has not granted you authority to do so.
- if the subject organization is not a registered charity, an incorporated or unincorporated nonprofit organization, a government department or agency, or a supplier of products and services that specifically serve the nonprofit sector.
- if the subject organization is known to have engaged in racist or terrorist activity.
- if it does not comply with the Canadian Human Rights Act.
- if it seeks to recruit employees, volunteers, representatives, agents, or other associates for any franchise, pyramid scheme, distributorship, multi-level marketing arrangement, sales agency arrangement or other business or employment opportunity which makes employment or consideration conditional upon the payment of any fee or the purchase of goods or services.
- if it seeks to attract volunteers who must pay for training, unless the amount of the training fee is clearly stated.
- if it seeks to recruit a provider of personal services for an individual.
- if it is misleading, illegal, untruthful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive, hateful, seditious, or if it violates the property, personal or privacy rights of others.
5. No Warranties
The Company does not warrant the quality, accuracy or completeness of any information on our web site. Such information is provided "as is" without warranty or condition of any kind. This web site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. In no event will CFG Ltd. be liable for any damages whatsoever, including special, indirect or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of information available on this web site.

No endorsement of any third party products or services is expressed or implied by any information, material or content referred to or included on, or linked from or to this web site.
7. Disclaimers
